I kinda like the idea that Mercedes will not show their full hand in the preseason, it will give us hope for a competitive season untill the first race

Pace looks good to the naked eye although a bit back stability from time to time..

Interesting...although Vettel started his 2nd stint on lap 12 and Bottas on lap 32.

Hmm, STR just posted on Twitter that their best lap was 1:17,8, which was deleted. If it was just a minor track limit extension and not completely cut chicane then it’s quite a respectable time I think

No, they just issued a correction saying the time was removed. He fully cut the chicane. I don't think their SM person is talking to the rest of the team lol

Lewis' pace is pretty crappy, Looks like Botas us going to wipe the floor with him this season, he is about a second per lap faster than Lewis in race pace.

Well I think it's quite clear from purely looking at the list of times that Bottas' is the faster sim; it would surprise me if that's representative - and lots of reasons why it could potentially not be - but interesting to see.

Well, if they could do 24 laps on a medium and then get a 1:19.9 before the in-lap. It's all fine with the tire's and they are just running heavy or low engine mapping.

It's testing for a reason.
