So Gasly ended his run at 134 laps. Race is 66 laps and I believe they started right after lunch when he had completed 67 laps. So that should be a race sim then.

Autosport has been reporting during this one and previous tests that the Torro-Rosso is struggling a bit through the corner. Washing out a bit and having to lift, unlike the top teams. Mclaren is good through the corners but losing out on exit.

Does anyone have any info on how Honda is doing speedwise? Any side by side drag race type run with other teams for comparison? I have seen the top speed charts but they don't tell the whole story.

My prediction is that TR will be around 9-10th place at Melbourne.

Yesterday's interview TR said they plan to do 150 laps for the last 2 days. Looks like they are on target and finishing their program!

You mean best STR car will progress into Q3 or that STR Honda will be 9th/10th car?
I don't believe either. About 6th car would be a good and plausible start to the season.

From what I could see today at the Circuit, Toro Rosso have better exit corner speed than Mclaren and other midfield teams. It seems that they are loosing a bit with low speed corners...

You could see it on the stream before I ran out of battery
