Bottas seemed to think it was a cooling configuration error - I.e. they probably should have run a bit more cooling for the conditions. Overheating for Williams, overheating for Mercedes. Seems to be particularly exaggerated when running behind another car. Williams did shrink their side pods considerably from last year, but it doesn't seem like that's the reason.
