There is also something new underneath the exhausts, maybe some heat resistant cover.

Their transmission case is so compact, I wonder what the cables coming out of the upper wishbone are for. Brake lines?

The pair of cords visible between the wishbone and the upright are the wheel tethers. The lines sprouting out from the transmission casing are probably hydraulics.
