Not sure if this is common knowledge, but here it is anyhow.

Where to get all the official FIA Timing, communications ,Press Releases, Stewards reports and much much more for each race.

Current Race Records - 2008

I usually go to the FOM site. it gives TV times in local and race times. and of course live timing. some technical updates on develoment as well.
Formula One's fundamental ethos is about success coming to those with the most ingenious engineering and best .............................. organization, not to those with the biggest budget. (Dave Richards)
