There are 4 additional outlet pipes. 2 are the turbo bypass outlets. The other 2? The oil breather pipes?

I only see 2 pipes. The other two "circles" seem to be the supports for those pipes, once in place

I think it's just the wastegate pipes not assembled yet, what you believe to be 2 additional pipes are just the bracket to hold the wastegate pipes in place. You can see the remaining of the structure ending higher than the main exhaust as it's not assembled yet.

In the above post (2nd photo) there is a new mounting point above the Kimoa branded board, with 3 small holes in it. I'm assuming we will see new piece bolted on in FP1

I think that's where the launch style turning vane was mounted. That nub was painted/covered on Alonso's car in Bahrain. Maybe they are going to try the new vs the old vane?
