Any news about new technical officer (on the Goss place)?
Purely speculation on my part, but I find it convenient that Jorg Zander has suddenly left Sauber...

I thought exatcly the same thing. And Matt Morris also came from Sauber.
Won't he be subjected to gardening leave? His track record in F1 hasn't been anything exceptional, apart from Brawn and then with Audi in WEC.

A bit off topic, Fernando's #8 Toyota won at Spa... He did say he would win in 2018... Congrats to him and the #8 car. Toyota actually secured a 1-2 finish, with the #7 car recovering well to finish 2nd.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

According to #AMuS the MCL33 B-Spec car that we will see in Barcelona will have: new deflectors under nose, new bargeboards, new engine cover, new floor, and new rear wing.
So not the long-awaited new nose?

Toyota has no competition in LMP1 this year. They are 2+sec/lap faster than privateers ...
A win is a win, but :/

Anybody can win in a car that's 1+ seconds a lap faster than the field...just ask Nico and Lewis.
Watching F1 since 1986.

Well, using Nico is a fair example. Lewis has won in cars that weren't the fastest as well though (2009 in particular springs to mind)...
Favourite driver: Lando Norris
Favourite team: McLaren

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

That is true but the sister car qualified 1st and was then penalised and started 1 lap down. So the result isn't particularly reflective, especially considering they somehow finished 2nd.

Car 7 seems to have an edge on pace, in car 8 Alonso is the fastest most consistent driver, I love how data makes the truth undisputed.
