Apparently the upgrade is quite significant. Leading edge of the floor behind the also upgraded bargeboards is reworked, sidepods are shaped differently because the internal cooling system and the internal airflow changed.

Looks like they're using the old frontwing for now. I wonder if they'll revert to the Baku frontwing in Free Practice or perhaps it was just a low drag version for circuits like Baku, Monza, etc.
