If Vettel had stayed out, he would have finished second or third at least. Unless the tyres were gone, which I don't think, the stop was silly.
It would have been an even better 2nd place against a dominant Mercedes car this weekend.
He had a spin under VSCJust_a_fan wrote: ↑13 May 2018, 16:40Don't understand Ric. He's miles behind and putting in new lap record laps. Why is he so far back from Ver/Vet? Did I miss something?
Because I can't think of choosing anyone else.
Ah, that makes sesne. Thanks.
Unfortunately that tyre cloud would dampen that choice.
lol dreaming, special thanks to Pirelli + Barcelona is Merc Track, Ferrari will be back next racehollowBallistix wrote: ↑13 May 2018, 16:44Dare say they had the pace in Australia to do the same, but tried to manage a bit too much which cost them the race.
Today, they’ve just put the hammer down & not tried to manage the gap
Australia is being overrated way too much. Mercedes was the fastest car there, yes, and they (in particular Hamilton) managed the tyres well, yes, but firstly Australia is such a unique track and secondly Ferrari was way off understanding their car yet.hollowBallistix wrote: ↑13 May 2018, 16:44Dare say they had the pace in Australia to do the same, but tried to manage a bit too much which cost them the race.

Oh I forgot about him!Just_a_fan wrote:Surely anyone wanting a "neutral" DotD would go with Magnusson. A very lonely but competent 6th place.
