He is also not good at starts / positioning the car. Second race I was paying attention - he does not think about two/three corners ahead and possible manoeuvres, he should train that a bit. That would help him massively at starts to gain rather then loose positions. With that in mind he could have be where Hulk was. I believe that is his weak spot. Also Toro Rosso needs to get the tyres in the window faster I guess, they need few laps to start matching lap times.

I think maybe there will be a penalty after the race,he should not let PER pass after safety car.
Well,the only positive thing is the race pace seems ok compared to quali this two races.

Yeah, agree on his starts. It'd be interesting to see, but my feeling is that he tends to lose positions on the start. He lost 2 position on the 2nd restart... I was thinking he could have tried to pass ALO on the restarted. But it looks like ALO had pretty good pace on the 2nd restart, not sure GAS could have passed him.
