I think both Hamilton/Bottas and Vettel/Kimi are better pairings. Not by a lot, but slightly better.
Bottas? Are you serious?

As a 'set' I think you would have to go a long way to find a better match than Hamilton and Bottas.
I do not see him in the top 4 as he is, but as a team, just about right.
When arguing with a fool, be sure the other person is not doing the same thing.

Soooooooooooooooooooooo happy for Ric. He was smart enough to see in RedBull, he would be 2nd driver forever just for a marketing ploy. Great news for F1 and for him.

Agree, from the team persperctive they´re a great pairing, but only because for a team it´s much better to have a #1 and #2, wich is completely different from stating they´re one of the best pairings.... or at least I was assuming the discussion was about the best two drivers on same team, not best pairing for the team. Maybe I was wrong tough

I see them as being the same 'type' of driver. Hulk's best chance of a podium would have been 'lucking into it' (not reall involving luck, just hard consistent work) when someone in front slips out. Dan is the same stamp and will be there sniffing out chances.
who do you think is the best hulk or dan
Danny, by quite a margin.
yeah i think the same

It has suddenly become harder for the Hulk to get that first podium. With RIC in the picture, any chance of a podium will be snatched up by the badger.
yeah ric will prob be much beter then hulk
I think the Hulk has a chance. The odds are against him but lets give him a chance.

Hmmmm, Ferrari would have been a great move for him. This is sideways at best.

I think that a lot of people are going to start reappraising their views in Hulk - at least in qualifying, I think he’ll be a match (if not more than a match) for DR.

I’m not sure he has the racecraft but if he ever gets a car capable of poles he can disappear.

Can you believe that less than a year ago we were wondering how long Renault would soldier on with the respectable but underperforming Palmer? Surely a works team needed to do better? In the words of an ill-fated U.S. President: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

I can see a strong team with a clearly identified number 1 driver and a consistent number 2 earning points for constructors championship, just like Ferrari or Mercedes.

I see Hulkenberg is going to surprise a lot of people on this board next year!
"Sebastian there's very, you're a member of a very select few.. Stewart, Lauda, Piquet, Senna, Prost, Schumacher, Fangio.. VETTEL!"

Ricciardo on the team is a big win for Renault.

It would be delicious if they were to beat RBR next year, sort of retribution for all the garbage they had to take from them in 2015.

I see them basically equal.
