Here's perez P1 glory run

Raikkonen had very poor pace in the intermediate conditions, he was also struggling to stay on track in T1 and T4, and had no pace in the first sector even after it dried out a bit. Ferrari did look like a handful in that first chicane, no turn in and tonns of oversteer on exit.

Will Vettel get a penalty for the gearbox change?

Nope it's a Friday gearbox as is the replacement. Race gearbox gets installed on Saturday.

Oh God, huge crash for Ericsson* (accidentally wrote Magnussen whilst looking at the feed and writing at the same time). Hope he's OK.

It's Ericcson. Jesus, that looked bad. Think he is okay though. He's standing, walking but visibly shocked.

EDIT: The car just pulled to the left under breaking and into the barrier.

Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

It just went with no warning or chance to save it for Ericsson. It was truely odd and if I’m in the sister car I’m refusing to go anywhere until it’s checked.

EDIT* DRS failure as it’s failed to close and so when Ericsson braked it was wide open.

Yes, very visible. I wonder how the car swerved sideways only after several meters of braking and not immediately.
