Radiator exit also very high. Seems to be above lower wishbone.

It's not allowed to put internal elements to the end of the exhaust pipe? Those could be used to direct the flow a bit more to the desired location.

Only the last ~150mm. In the photo below, notice the straight shiny section of the tailpipe. That section has to be perfectly thin-wall cylindrical. But ahead of that there are no geometry restrictions, attested to by the presence of the rear wing support passing through the exhaust pipe.
