Gasly changed his gearbox so maybe they had to resync. Also he appears to still experience issues with fuel delivery in FP3. But good pace so far, Q3 will be tpugh though with the Ferrari double battery power.

Without rains we couldn't achieve P6-P7 today but we could easily reach Q3 with at least 1 car

So I'm of the opinion it's probably triggered by performance, hopefully he can have a clean race tomorrow. He's a nice guy, would like to see him stay in F1, but I also want him to be fast. So improvement is welcome, hope his luck has turned the corner.

Yeah, they had some fortunate circumstances.
But nevertheless, we should not talk down their great achievement.

PS: McLaren could be on fire now, and maybe regret their decision. But on the other Hand based on the results last year it was a decision in their best interest.

… enough for McLaren, back to Toro Rosso. I'm still very happy especially for Honda, that their hard, hard work finally really pays off.
I hope it is as reliable as powerful!

So Gasly is saying he lost couple of tenths to Hartley on straight as he could not use the full modes like Hartley else he could have been P5. Hopefully P6 is consolidated tomorrow, need a strong start.
Austin will be promising as they have upgrades coming. I hipe they catch Mclaren.
