How do you solve loss of water pressure in 10 minutes?
Put more water in.

Tighten the nut

Change the hose

Any of those I suppose.

When it's a faulty indication/sensor. So never really a problem. They probably were rightly being on safe side

Yeah, thought so. I would think that any of those issues shouldn't happen with F1 teams, but maybe I'm missing something. From pictures I saw, it seems that they are not running any aero rakes or flowwiz in these runs, probably a qualy sim.

I was being dry rather than technically competent 😂

As others say, could be the sensor.

Yeah, sensor seems most probable. If you have a real issue, you cannot solve it in 15 minutes.

Last years best test time was 1:16.9 and Pole was 1:16.173. Mclaren were in 8th position with 1:17.721

So, we are considerably faster than last year, in colder weather and with the new aero rules, this is now an absolute fact.
But how much faster are the others?

Sky needed to verify that Sainz didn't cut the chicken in all three sectors, apparently he didn't.

- Sainz's lap was clean so it stands as the fastest lap of testing so far

This is the real question. The track is apparently quicker than at Spanish GP, so by comparing times from qualifying with times in testing, we could get an idea in relative terms, how is McLaren doing.
