With some designs like Gasly and Hamilton you see a basic design and then they got a bit mental with shades and lines.... and then you have drives like the HAAS guys and Perez where they just started with shades and lines and hoping that there would be some kind of shape emerging.
for me, so far, Kvyat by far the best design wise, second place for Hulk, then a distant third Vettel and Giovanazzi followed by all the slashed designs of good designs (Gasly, Raikkonen, Hamilton, etc) and in last place, by far Grosjean and Perez. Ricciardo as a honourable mention for finally again trying something different, even when it's ugly.
It means be yourself. Be your own man/woman rather than trying to be what other people are/want you to be.
In these days of social media where people feel pressured to conform to someone else's idea of what life is, that's a good message. We all know that the people ("influencers"?) on social media are "fake" - no one really lives a life that glamorous and perfect after all - but people still get sucked in to it.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.
