McLaren MCL34

I thought we were going to see those at Melbourne, wonder what held them back?
Are they still running the same rear wing or the new one?
Still looking for pictures of it... The front wings seemed to be the same as in Australia though:

The flap adjusters aren’t installed and the elements are just hanging.

If you're wondering what this is ...This is an above view with the sidepod to the right . The "Richard Mille" is on top of the wing structure on top of the sidepod.

The crossbar thingy is on the left and we can see that it is not only arched but narrower as well now.

If you look carefully what you will see is that the outer vertical element is probably the same height however the crossbar element has more than just an arch, it is actually sloped upwards. The inner vertical plate of the barge board connecting the other side of the crossbar goes higher than it did before. You can see this by comparing its height to the vertical turning vane elements right behind it.

Trying to get a larger mass of airflow moving outward to control front tyre wake.

Edit: you can also tell that it's talker when comparing the before and after picture if you look at where it is in relation to the connection for the front suspension wishbone is right in front of it.

Ivan Roldan is working on bargeboard's this year at Mclaren. So this update is his work. It's important that this is recognized.

Why is it important?
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

They're gradually exploring the limits of maximum height regulations pertaining to bargeboards. It can still go higher than it is now.
