Carlos got over excited from being faster than the red bull .
Its his Fault he didn't had the inside and he should have taken a wider line to avoid VES.
Or at least he should have waited for a l8r on track pass or undercut pass.
He is supposed to be the mature one in Mclaren, that was completely unnecessary.
Norris is doing a very good job despite the 1st lap chaos.

I’ve seen the replay. Sainz really should have left room. He wasn’t totally passed. And you should know VES will not yield unless you got the pass fully done
Race pace however is stunning. On older mediums he’s lapping consistently quicker then the Renault of RIC and keeping up with HUL who’s on slightly newer tires. It’s honestly heartwarming to see the car just works. No see-sawing at the wheel. No lock ups. The car looks fun to drive
bit suprised noris is not making inroads in hulk. somehow managing to keep a head. if sainz would have passed then with lecrec (unfortunate situation in) , we could have been on podium.
Norris can't risk a mistake, he needs to keep his tyres, plus there is more chance of losing a place than gaining one. Might also be fuel saving as he has been fighting for a lot of the race.
Fantastic race! Pace validated. The only outstanding question is whether we would have had a shot at podium without the incident. Stunning that I can write those words at all!
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.
