So, Honda were pounding around Bahrain in the test with Spec 2 running the Spec 1 qualifying maps 🤔

They will only change the ICE, the rest will be the same than first races. So, if only ICE is introduced, makes sense to bring fuel update too. And maybe with more agressive maps available during first laps and laps after pitstops. It will turn things interesting...

I thought you meant at engine powered circuits, which Baku is one of those... In Canada (another power circuit), Red Bull as 0.173 from Pole too

I think that the good perfeoremce on circuits like Baku nad Canada is because of RBR chasis rather engine perforamance. On such traks is very important how and when you will break after going on full speed, and this is up to the chasis. The poor aero package, admited by the team, so far also speaks about where the RBR advangate came from in the recent years. Also, remeber their speed in Mexico where the aero also doesn't play significant role. So, I am expecting very good result in Baku: stonger engine for maximum speeds on strights + good chasis for the corners + less role of the aero.

Newey admits: Red Bull deliberately provoked Renault

A failed marriage," as Red Bull designer Adrian Newey describes the last few years with engine manufacturer Renault. Red Bull announced the partnership to the French after twelve years and went to competitor Honda. In retrospect, the Briton now openly speaks about the increasingly loud criticism of the bulls on the French aggregate and explains how a once so successful cooperation went to pieces

add this to it aswell
'There was a change in senior management at Renault Motorsport, and that changed the attitude.' Renault put to the own factory team from 2016 again the claim to ride at the top. As a result, the relationship with Red Bull, who were now more competitors than partners, became worse and worse. 'That was last year, if not the past two years, a failed marriage.'

That seems excessively harsh in my opinion...
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

The issue wasn't mainly about him ignoring the sign. The crew worked on the car immediately after that. They could've removed any illegal parts that he might've been driving with.
"Instead, he drove on and proceeded to do a pit stop where the car was worked on by lifting the car and all four wheels were changed, in breach of Article 29.1 a). the penalty for this infringement is specified to be for the car to start from the pit lane and we so order.”
