qualifying moved to sunday morning

Saturday morning practice session has been cancelled and the qualifying postponed to sunday morning, because of the typhoon.
The pre-qualifying will take place at 9.00 am local time, and the actual qualifying at 10.00 am. The race will be driven as schedualed.
An eventful weekend already, when it hasn't even really begun yet.
