Fingers crossed guys. We are doing well so far. Let's keep doing well till the end. It's nice to see Mclaren in the mix of the first 3 for the second time after Bahrain and closer to the Red Bull. It shows that it wasn't really luck but the car this time has genuine progress.

This is off topic but Ferrari needs to restructure their team and drivers completely. Every year they are going for a championship and every year they fail miserably. Something wrong is going on and at this point Mclaren will restructure and get a championship before them. I have a feeling that just like Mclaren in these last 4 years they deny seeing that perhaps they are not that big of a team as they were and need to change team perspektive.

If Leclerc needs a new chassis, Leclerc will have to start from the pitlane... That would be great for Mclaren scoring options tomorrow and really interesting to have Leclerc and Gasly coming out of the pits

We are in the mix we ar faster than renault haas toro rosso only perez are faster than us thanks to the mercedes qualy engine mode

The Renault engine seems to be lacking in qualifying. This would also explain why the McLaren had much better pace in the race in China.

What makes you say that ?

Well look at the pace of the Renault powered cars in qualifying and race. They are both performing much better in race.

Not literally like we are fighting them on equal grounds but we are getting closer. Also depending on track can also go for the other teams.

His time in the first lap is good enough to make him get into Q3, therefore will be starting in 10th position... Nevertheless, if the damage requires a change of chassis, if I’m not wrong, he would be starting from the pitlane

Sainz talk about the upgrade coming in barcelona to fix their front and balance if they succeed they will for sure be close to redbull but to think that we will fight with is a little bit optimistic

Depends on how much time we are losing on our front and balance.
