2 day weekends

Post

With the idea of reducing the race weekends to 2 days what did you all think of the qualifying being held on the morning of the race? At Susuka it was quite interesting!

It depends on which qualification system they will use, but i woul prefer a 3 day system because the session would be more spread. I think it would be compact otherwise.

Ok it will be interesting bot I don't like beeing up all night to watch
qualifications and the race in the "far-east". I harldy wached the race and the qual. after a night of partying

I am a fan of this. It would be really cool for me to be able to watch Qual. and the race and only stay up to stupid hours of the night once a weekend.
probably keep costs down a bit too.

pfff I think it was only exciting because free practice got cancelled because of weather conditions. A damp track during qual wasn't bad either, but that can happen everywhere, also on a saturday.

I therefore would prefer the usual weekend system, that simply makes for f1-weekends and non-f1-weekends ;) Qual on saturday is ok, and for once I agree with Schumacher on this :D
