What car is this from?
It is from the video dans79 has posted above. Geoff Willis is explaining it standing next to a W09, so maybe it's from that car?

An oil leak at ham's engine

Engine out, scary! but they seem to think they've fixed it, there are only two mechanics working on it now

edit sky are saying it was a hydraulic leak inside the engine and the team decided not to break the curfew so although there are more guys working on it now they basically knew they could do it

Tyre scare in Monaco and now engine scare in Canada. Even if competitors can't make it exciting, Mercedes is surely trying to make it exciting for us. Hamilton is the best when odds are against him

Engine fired up and now engine cover is on. Game on!

Excellent, brief comparison towards the end against Ferrari in terms of wing, power and drag.

So, the variable engine cooling ducts just below the rear mounts of the halo, the covers that they place on there for qually, they are removed during the pit stops, but is it within the regulations to rig up a system where the driver himself can remove them during the first stint.

Hamilton specifically suffered with the same engine overheating in traffic issues in Canada 2018, and both cars in Canada 2019.

Ha, great, there's just a great feeling with this team isn't there, like it's such a brilliant place to work. You can see why there's this theory that part of their neverending success is that nobody leaves! When normally part of the cycle is that people in a successful team get poached to other teams, but with this team it's not happening

It looks like it, I know that the rear suspension on the W10 has a split lower wishbone; similar to how the RB15 front upper wishbone is split. If you look at the animation the lower wishbone and trackrod are shaped like a 'z' which was the geometry used in the W09.

Does somebody know why Mercedes tested two different aero specs in Barcelona pre- season testing? Were these two specs with completely different downforce levels?

From what i understand, the “real” one wasnt ready, so they essentially planed ahead and brought a mule to the first week.
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

There were differing reports in the media about why they did what they did. Mercedes themselves said, they were not ready for first test as the team needed more time to finish the car and hence, had decided to bring a car that was probably an earlier iteration (a few months old).

There are other paddock reports that suggested, Mercedes did not want to bring their actual car for first test as the first test was being covered live on TV and they wanted to hold back until second test, which was not being covered on TV.

This report appeared in Italian Motorsport site and was something that I had posted soon after the first test. So, whatever was the source of the author, seemed quite reliable as no one at that point knew what Mercedes was up to.

The silver arrow in the first test session in Barcelona tried the basic set-up: the front was chosen for the push rod strut, while behind it worked on four steering wheels and the height from the ground. The real Mercedes will appear next week.
May be they were trying to protect their Barcelona S3 performance advantage from any kind of video analysis from live TV footage? I guess we would never know.

I would go with they wanted more time, than trying to hide from video analysis. I'm sure every team had members stationed around the tracks with video cameras on tripods, it's far to cheap for them not to.
