Moreover when Vettel went back on track (all four wheel inside the white lines) Hamilton was completely behind him and there was plenty space to the left.
Er, no.

Perhaps, it means the moment when Vettel was already on the track closer to the lawn, a bit earlier than on picture

"[These] elements [were already] available before the end of the competition."

No mention of what video and data streams were actually referenced to come to their decision during the race, though. 'Previously available' is not the same as 'previously analysed.' From a bureacratic process perspective, the FIA courts and stewards may need only be concerned about new evidence. Whether or not previous evidence was properly reviewed is irrelevant. Maybe the red team should have taken an approach of reviewing the review.

The Chandok review is relevant if the race-driver stewards did not use all available data to make their decision. In both cases it would be a racing driver making a judgement based on limited data, colored by their prejudices.

Mics and cameras in the stewards room--we might need instant replay there as well. 8)

Your looking for an agenda when there isn’t one.
You know, it wasn't meant nearly as serious as you thought it was. I know Magnussen is quite as ruthless, no argument there. It's just when I thought about why many rules got re-clarified (like moving under braking), it's hard not to think beyond Max as well.
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

Sorry for my misunderstanding then.

Result stays the same.

I still wonder what Ferrari's overwhelming data was. As it was clearly insignificant.

Look at point (iii)
Yeah was just reading it

Indeed. It's real life.
This a lot funnier, after all it's an actual parody!

I'll repeat for you

go back to some moment before

see images 9 and 13 of https://sport.sky.it/formula1/fotogalle ... da.html#14
(moreover as a car is deemed to be outside the track if all wheels are not between the white lines I would say that you should go back to when the first of Vettel's car wheel has been back on the track and you will see that Hamilton was behind)

umm, none of that matters! If a car is alongside at any point, then pushing them off the track is against the letter of the law!

^^ I mean looking at that gap and the speed difference between Vettel and Hamilton, you'd have to think that Hamilton would have easily made it past if Vettel hadn't made an impulsive and reckless decision to drive Hamilton off the track to prevent it.

He was behind, going much faster and on the racing line. If he could turn tighter at that moment, then he'd go quicker through the corner normally because he'd have had grip to spare. So, no, he couldn't at that moment switch hard left to go inside Vettel. He was committed to goung on the racing line. Vettel deliberately drove his car across the track to block Hamilton. Thus he got a penalty.

It matters because since Vettel had already rejoined ahead of Hamilton, he had the right to defend the position.
But the "Mercedes Assisting FIA" has decided otherwise.

So I hope that the Accademy will give to Vettel the Oscar for best actor because if gaining control of a car which is slipping with counter steers movement is "deliberately droving his car" it means that he is at least the best actor in the World or otherwise you are not right.
