Easily? Norris was just about 2 tenths ahead. It's very close, being just a little bit compromised by traffic or a wind gust is enough to fall out of Q3.Darth-Piekus wrote: ↑13 Jul 2019, 15:43I have no idea. Unless he did a mistake he should have been easily in Q3.
He was already down a couple tenths to Hulk in the first sector and just couldn’t recover it.Darth-Piekus wrote:I have no idea. Unless he did a mistake he should have been easily in Q3.
Mediocre? Can’t agree with you there... I believe he is having a great season so far and has been actually very consistent.Darth-Piekus wrote:The thing is that Sainz has to be more consistent as in one race he is fantastic and he is mediocre on the next. On another note Norris is the new Hamilton and hopefully the new Alonso.
Yes, the times seemed to not be really improving... Interesting lap times on the medium tire too, which one wouldn’t have expected to be as fast as it was.FittingMechanics wrote:Easily? It seems that the track is falling away, cars seem to be slowing down (Norris did a low 1:26 in Q1).
He took the new engine today. His third so no penalty.SmallSoldier wrote: ↑13 Jul 2019, 15:57Is Norris still in the old engine? Did he took the new Spec already?
