Some serious Hamilton ass kissing in this thread (and forum generally)

People here have the AUDACITY to say he would have certainly won even without SC. Others affirm Bottas is “useless” and that he has lost the WDC already.

I mean, the only moment worth an applause was his fast lap on hards. How quickly people here forget the fight against Bottas, which he lost and backed off
So sad for a “technical” forum, each race this guy wins we have to read a lot of users here praising him like a god or their heavenly blessed speculations and sermons. When he doesn’t win there’s always a big long debate about excuses and the like; way too annoying already

I’ll probably end up banned from this forum but yeah truth has to be told

And Bottas was even double unlucky as yellow yellow meant another pitstop was always going to be needed. The safety car killed has race. He wasn’t going to beat Hamilton Ofcourse but he did put up a Nice fight.

It could have been an EPIC British GP but no, it was another one determined by "luck" of safety car and how it completely rearranges the competitive order. Giovinazzi again showing his quality and effectively ruining a great race and ofcourse Vettel's late desperation move also was just that. Trying way too hard and late into that corner.
An anti-climactic end that I reckon many of the crowd felt robbed.
I didn’t see many. Most I talked to thought it was a great race with tons of action!

He didn't back off, he stayed with 1 second for just about every lap.

Truth doesn't get you banned, trolling might do...

Apparently split strategy was always the plan, before the race a one stop looked risky but it turned out different

Stewards have themselves to blame for the incident involving Vettel and Verstappen. Had they given a penalty for Verstappen for gaining an advantage by leaving the track and getting ahead of Leclerc, the event wouldn't have arise for Vettel to crash.
He was pushed off the track. Or does it only qualify as that when you feel like?
True GOATs don’t need the help of superior material to win.

Tom Brady, Usain Bolt are true GOATs.

Does anyone know if the pitlane rules have been changed? I remember some years ago the teams had to wait so there's a safe gap to other cars. I think Red Bull again released a car with no gap like in Monaco. I don't like penalties, especially in wheel to wheel racing but risk-taking on the pitlane can end-up in broken bones or worse.

I think it might be likely for the first time this season Gasly has had an equally upgraded car
Or the first time the car had an upgraded Gasly?
No. Definitely the former.

Must have been a hell of an upgrade then :D

Not saying it wasn't, just it would have been a doozie

If the pitlane is wide enough for two cars abreast then the stewards are pretty lenient unless one car actually inhibits the other.

As I understand it, they introduced a significantly different front wing which will have impacted aero performance along the entire length of the car. So, yeah, a doozie.

Vertstappen will still beat him comfortably across the season though.

On the Vettel Vs Verstappen situation. Although we’re not home yet and before I’ve rewatch it.

I said at trackside before the coming together that it could well end in tears because it always seem to when it involves those 2 and it did.
