McLaren MCL34

Seems like the POU suspension is not present here. At least not in both cars. It also looks like the bargeboard upgrade they introduced back in Silverstone worked like expected since they have brought it again here.
it would likely need a revision in the rear suspension as well to work in conjunction with the different front geometry
I agree, it's been exploratory uses so far with next years car in mind. Would also throw away all the knowledge and setup work they currently have with the front end, probably not worth risking in their current situation.

At McLaren, we did not notice anything new at first glance.

I don't think so. Last time they tested the suspension, the lump was quite big and obvious. Anyway, I don't think there are new parts for Germany. When asked by AMuS, Andreas Seidl said that they are going to bring new parts for Hungary, not Germany.

It's possible but the photo is too vague. Let's wait for better ones.

I wonder what parts will be on for Hungary. Maybe the tests run with the new suspension were in preparation for 2020? A few of the midfield teams have fairly substantial upgrades.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

The left side (driver's) of it looks plastic or painted.

Combined heave damper, spring and fluid inerter all in one package looking at that.

A shock absorber spring ? They're gonna be pissed that picture got out. we've not seen under there since the S-duct was removed.

I think we saw under there in Monaco FP3, when they adjusted Carlos' torsion bars.

Interesting. Looks like the spring is only present on the left side which is colored. It's possible they're trying to treat both wheels differently maybe based on the stress load each side experiences.

You'd only need it on one side, it's a heave element #-o

Looks like the inerter on the right and preload adjustment for the spring on the left - be interesting to see if they actually use that tommorow as it looks more like a unit used for quick setup changes before building up a lighter one with fixed settings as is usually used.
