Actually, Race Pace is a great indicator of what to expect on the race... During the race, the pace advantage on the straights when not under DRS could be a big differentiator... It’s a matter of understanding what gives you the maximum performance possible during the race... If what you lose on S3 is less than what you gain in S1, S2 then that’s the best setup for the team...
