I’d personally love to see Alonso in a race winning car again fighting with the top drivers. However, I think McLaren made it pretty clear that it won’t be with them after they signed Lando and Carlos extensions and said they “would not stand in Fernando’s way if he wanted a race seat elsewhere in F1”.Darth-Piekus wrote: ↑04 Aug 2019, 21:39Let's say next year or 2021 the car is a title contender. Would Fernando Alonso be as good as he was if he comes back considering that age might play a role?
Off topic, but I wouldn’t it be spectacular to see him in the other Red Bull next to Max. Two natural born talents at different ends of their career.
