Since RBR has won races with Honda PU, that shows us that power alone does not win races, aero is still the most important factor and so is reliability.
:D To put it in other words:
Since RBR has won races with a Renault PU, that shows us that power alone does not win races, aero is still the most important factor and so is reliability.

And that indirectly show that gains McLaren has made with it new chassis concept and the improvement we can expect.... =D>

Earlier it was reported by journalists as 10hp, then 10-15hp... 20hp would be nice though.
0.2 sec in Paul Ricard should be around 15hp.
How can you be so sure about this? If Ranault said 0.2 sec that is 0.2 sec not 15 HP imo
It's just a number to give you an idea of its impact. Obviously that extra power's usefullness will vary based on track's traits and length.

Also i know this is kinda old but any info on what is going on with that new suspension McLaren were testing in France.

Also we should have a discord group for race weekend chat during FPs quali and race?

Pace so far is below expectations, considering that Spa was a track that on paper should have suited the MCL34... It’s only practice, but the team seems to be a little too far from P6-P7

''Carlos, pace is comparable to Toro Rossos and Alfas, quicker than Haas, need another half-second to match RIC and Racing Point.''

From Mclaren site.

Half a second is a lot of time to find
