I don’t think that TR could get ahead of anyone today.
There was a pressure problem in one of the tires, so he had to stop at a pit stop a second time. Why did such a situation arise when a new set of tires turned out to be defective (what if they be fighting for points?) It is better to ask the mechanics and management or anyone else.

Actually this was known since July. He's probably closer in size with Gasly so maybe there's less of an issue getting the new seat installed? Kvyat's drive for next year is confirmed and he does have extra PUs in his pool.　Could be either
