It was not on pace yes, same with GAS 2nd, but he started last, did only 1 pit stop and avoided the chaos, I would say it is well deserved

As I said before it's not his fault the two Ferrari's decided to blow themselves up and definately not his fault that Hamilton sent Albon on the gravel and then getting a penalty.. He earned that 3rd place fair and square.

Absolutely it was deserved, but "earned" is something you gain on merit and not fortune. Like I said, a great reward for the season's efforts! Just wish they'd announce the official classification so we can celebrate properly!

Calm down. Yes we want Sainz to get a podium however the stewards have a job to do and personal feelings on who "deserves" what have nothing to do with it. Calling them incompetent as you did a few posts ago does nothing for anybody.

As far as them doing the podium first, don't you realise that the whole weekend has to run like clockwork. If they delay the podium celebrations then it stops the teams from stripping the cars down. The fans in the stands don't want to just sit around doing nothing waiting for maybe hours for the podium celebrations. Then there is the fact that TV coverage ends at a certain time, they can't delay the podium otherwise they risk not showing it on TV at all.

Maybe try thinking with your head instead of throwing out numerous posts that only serve to clutter up the thread.

I think I just have a different view on the meaning of the word "earned", which I believe to be on absolute merit. Thoroughly deserved the podium result if that makes sense? Maybe a language barrier thing!
