But what about the head start on suspension design?
All the teams are quite comfortable with their sim setups apparently. Else they would have joined the test.
Just a note on red bull they can't test because they don't have a mule car to use. Renault isn't providing them with any engines to run last years car with. But next year they can run this years car with a Honda engine in it.
I don't know what Ferrari's reason is but I imagine they don't want to be distracted while preparing next years car.
