Another good deal don by Zak, well done
Side pods and cockpits, so must be a high value deal, not necessarily cash, but importance to the McLaren Groupbauc wrote: ↑06 Feb 2020, 16:26Another good deal don by Zak, well done
I honestly can’t imagine Lando doing any of that...
How many sponsors will they have on the side pods and cockpits!! Could coca-cola be similar to last year in that they remain on the website until launch day and then are removed then? At least the cars will look full, hopefully the additional money is being utilised correctlyGround Effect wrote: ↑06 Feb 2020, 17:46Side pods and cockpits, so must be a high value deal, not necessarily cash, but importance to the McLaren Group
Maybe going down the Ferrari approach? I would have thought Coca-Cola would have left by now, I would expect they are staying...ScottR267 wrote: ↑06 Feb 2020, 20:54How many sponsors will they have on the side pods and cockpits!! The way I always read it was that Mercedes prioritised reliability over outright performance, so effectively had something in reserve in terms of power developments, but didn't want to risk the poor reliability they could bring.LM10 wrote: ↑05 Feb 2020, 23:38Mercedes were deliberately conservative with their PU.. just because.. sure.ThePapayaJaguar wrote: ↑05 Feb 2020, 02:26Yeah, read an article just now saying that Mercedes were conservative with their PU these last couple of years. Let's see what they come up with.
Did you guys catch that at 6:55?
Top 10, as in Q3 contenders? Because there are only 10 teams...Sanchit f1fan wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 11:46Honestly I'm quite eagar how much McLaren gain this season as Norris says that they definitely in top 10 but other than that he doesn't know so let's see if we compare talk to Performance ratio
Well when it comes to Lando and his type of humor it might mean the top 10 teamsGround Effect wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 12:57Top 10, as in Q3 contenders? True, I wouldn’t put it passed Lando being cheeky and saying something like that especially if whoever is asking is pressing hard to get an answer... “OK, we’ll definitely be in the top 10”bauc wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 12:59Well when it comes to Lando and his type of humor it might mean the top 10 teamsGround Effect wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 12:57Top 10, as in Q3 contenders? but jokes aside, yes probably he is speaking about Q3
Yeah I wouldn’t have thought the livery’s will be similar, maybe the number style will be though..90feet wrote: ↑07 Feb 2020, 16:05McLaren are revealing their IndyCar at 11am EST today. I'm curious how similar it's going to be to the F1 car. Their IndyCar last year was basically the MCL34 livery exactly, but given how they hype up F1 car launches I can't imagine they would reveal the livery first on the IndyCar.
