One of two things (or maybe a combination)...

1. This has a lot of parts on from 2019 on purpose to not give the game away.

2. Ferrari has sensibly decided they will not beat Mercedes in 2020 now their engine trick has been found out, so focus on 2021 and sacrifice 2020.

As a long term battle plan number 2 would actually be sensible and the option I'd go for.

None of them. The SF90 was a great car when it liked the conditions. Building onto that to give it a wider performance range is not a bad decision. In fact, given the circumstances it is the best decision. They can't afford to spend their resources in a complete redesign to develop a concept that it is going to be useless for 2021. Nevertheless, if they actually have fixed the problems of the previous car, that alone would bring them into serious contention for this season.

Look at the "K" of Kaspersky, that's where the inlet for the S-Duct starts (the diagonal thing). It has not been removed.

I think they just hit the limit with this concept, tried to develop it as much as possible for downforce without revolutionising the entire car, I'm impressed with how tight they managed to make the sidepods, I've always thought that's where the Ferrari looked bulkiest vs the Red Bull and Mercedes, it looks like last year's McLaren to some extent

This doesn't make any sense, even more so looking at all the new details that they've put on the 2020 car.

With the twin boomerang arrangement, high combs along the tub and aggressive looking launch spec front floor they are really looking to work the air hard ahead of the side pods. Hope it works and gets the air efficiently to where they want it and not create a draggy mess of vortices.

A good needed addition are the viking horns, they will clean up the airflow to the rear wing and will also help increase stability under yaw and pitch.
The cheapest sort of pride is national pride, every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud adopts, as a last resource, pride in the nation to which he belongs; thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.

Is it a twin outlet s-duct??
Looks like there's an outlet right on top of the 5 and another one higher up where the nose meets the chassis

Well combining all, I'd say that it's not more than the 30 percent of the 2020 car: just the sidepod may remain the same but the front wing, rear wing, floor and turning vanes seem just provisional stuffs.
Furthermore we don't have any image of the diffuser, which can be totally new.
To conclude, I say that we will surely see the real car in australia, not before.
