As for Vettel, you are selling him short big time.

Hamilton was better than Rosberg in 2013 while he was still bedding into the team.

Vettel is not now nor has he ever been top 5 on the grid, he proved his worth to Ferrari in Brazil 2019.

Look past his speed, it is the mistakes that have doomed him.

Binotto has clarified that Ferrari won't quit if the budget cap is low, as many report, but that Ferrari will enter more championships so not to lose any staff!

That would be wonderful from my point of view...having Ferrari and other major manufacturers race in more categories than F1! Seems that F1 is so expensive that manufacturers can't compete both in F1 and other major championships!

So let's get on with this...100M $ budget cap and the fans will be happier instantly!

If the budget cap forces Ferrari to enter other series such as it used to do, then that would be a good thing, surely. I'm not sure that Binotto's words will do much to make others vote against a further budget cut. Indeed, I'd think that other teams would be more likely to vote for it if it meant that the big three moved staffing numbers in to other series - and perhaps available for the smaller teams to poach if they are better than their current staff.
