I don´t support any particular driver since Alonso departure. I follow Carlos progress, but far from a hardcore fan. I also like watching Lewis, Max, Charles, Ricciardo...

About teams, Ferrari never was my favourite, not even in Alonso era. I do prefer McLaren and even RBR better than Ferrari. I like RBR philosophy, but hate RBR drivers managment philosophy. About McLaren, I´ve always like it, but lately it´s growing on a bit more, specially since Ron is no longer in the team. To me he´s the main responsible of 2007 disaster, not Alonso or Hamilton, it was Ron (lack of) managment

Not to sound overly dramatic but that comes close to the last few laps in Brazil 2008 for tension. Absolutely brilliant for all involved to keep their heads. The mental side of this sport is vastly underrated.

Personally all I've seen in Austria is Mclaren beating Ferrari and Racing Point with the same rubber. Leclerc was nowhere near Lando and whatever he achieved was because of his talent. and a lucky Safety Car in my opinion.

Slightly different circumstances though. I think Max had harder tires compared to Lando. And Lando's lap was in a slightly more emptier tank, so there's time in that as well. Max had a tow on the first second though, Lando did not.

Overall pretty close I think. If they really are 2019 RedBull level I would consider it a big win. It means they took another big step from 2019. I still want to wait a couple of more races before coming to such conclusions though.

It's one race, I wouldn't get too carried away. Lando is fast over a lap, undoubtedly, and will improve. But Lando has a lot to do to show he is as capable as Carlos over a race and a season.

I don't know man. Carlos was weaker on qualifying this time again, so his starting position was way down compared to Norris. I think he admitted that he wasn't as comfortable as his teammate during qualifying. Anyway on the race, he nearly overtook Lando on track at the closing stages of the race and it might have been him who got that podium if Lando hadn't defended that strongly.

Lando has gotten better no doubt about that, however Carlos is no slouch too.
