If we can’t fix our race pace/high fuel pace quickly, then we can’t afford to have pit stops like today. That should be easier to take care of.

Race pace was definitely lacking to RP BUT things may have been different if we didn't have shocking pitstops. We also kept tires for the end, which paid off

We were faster than both RPs and Renaults and we weren't losing a second from Mercedes and Red Bulls last week. More like 0.6 to 0.7 seconds.

Did Sainz got damaged at the start? He was generally slow today. In Hungary we will beat RPs by pure aedodynamic pace as Hungary is an aerodynamic friendly GP.

Well they tweak the floor and the rear so maybe we lost some speed comparing with last week we have to wait the debrief from the drivers

Verstappen was out early last week and both Mercedes were avoiding kerbs. Renault was out as well.

On driver point of view for me Norris is just faster than Sainz this year

Not sure, I think we can only beat them on strategy, for now. Like Norris said, they’re fast everywhere.

Two things might have affected this GP..

Firstly, how much did teams adjust their setup for the wet qualifying?

Secondly, are RP on a learning curve with setup still? Might the next race in Hungary swing back into our favour?

Time will tell, but food for thought.

So far so good I believe. We came out after two GPs on Second Place and Lando on Third. I don't expect we will be able to hold that second but we can definately fight for third since Ferrari has taken a step back and hoping for that huge upgrade in Silverstone that will close the gap. If the development is like last year we will outdevelop the rest of the midfield quickly and let our drivers fight more time with those first two teams.

Next GP is Hungary and it's an aerodynamic GP which we have a powerful chassis for that. We will see what happens but I believe we have a better chassis than last years Mercedes.

We have better drivers, better organisation,more money for development but we have to fix those pit stops.
