I see kvyat dumped. He had his shake of the stick and still cannot perform consistently. He is supposed to be very fast, even bothering RIC at times... But not even that he is able to show right now.

Albon takes his seat.
Gasly stays.

The seat at RedBull goes to Vettel until he can find another top seat or retires as helper to Max. The sad thing about Vettel is that his career is already on a sliplery slope. The only way things can turn around for him is if he ends up in an anomalously championship winning midfield car, something like the Brawn. I really don't see his stock recovering to be hired by Mercedes as No. 1.

Gasly couldn’t run the 2019 Red Bull and that’s exactly what he’s in now, the same as kvyat, looks the same as last year gasly off the pace to Max. Albon looks to be having the same issues as gasly early last year. Max doesn’t even look comfortable in that car right now....

A returning RB programdriver like Seb or DR is far more likely than a non-RB program driver imo.

Having said that I do think Vettel is otw to Aston

Vettel would be murdered by any other driver in this car, the rear is just too lose that even Max can't handle it. Like Russell said Max is redbulls priority so they don't care about Albon. The trend from last year has been that his quali lap tend to be in less than optimal condition either traffic or without tow in high speed circuits so can't build a rhythm. Max gets the best parts even if he destroys it, Albon complains about the car issue in first race and the team does not want to know but when Max is not able to cope they spend all night to fix it. The car is just as fast as Mclaren no faster and Max is ringing out a performance. This race will be interesting, I cant see a way in which Max is going to finish in top 6 if there are no incidents with the car in front.

Agree. The 2020/21 RBR would kill Vettel - oversteer and he do not go hand in hand.
that even Max can't handle it.
Idk tbh. Max is a great driver and blazing quick but I don’t think we’ve ever seen evidence he likes a waggy rear. His fast cars so far have been the 2016-2019 red bulls, which have all been pretty stable. This is the first time we see him really having to wrestle an oversteer characteristic and while he’s obviously not as struggling as albon Is idk if he’s ever been shown to be an “oversteer” driver.

That would be a real treat, just for the rest of the season. But I think Kvyat to Ferrari would be an option, too.
No, Kimi, no. You will not have the drink.

While what you say has some truth to it, the remaining difference in pace during the last two races and in all the qualifying sessions so far do say that Verstappen can at least handle this car better than Albon.

And that there is almost a classic example of a number 1 and number 2 driver within a team.

I would think Albon being 'relegated' to STR would have him looking for another team. It would probably seem to him that he has a go at the top and was rejected and is unlikely to get back there. I don,t know where he would go or where his contract keeps him, but Renault RP Ferrari would all look good to him and he would be a good fit in any of them 2021 on

Mark Webber, David Coulthard, Robert Dornboros...

The point is, they can do it if motivated...
