All Formula 1 engine suppliers are utilizing first-party exhaust manufacturer production rather than third-party partner. Ferrari utilizing Ferrari exhaust while Mercedes utilizing Mercedes exhaust while Honda utilizing Honda exhaust and Renault utilizing Renault exhaust.
No,MHG in Germany and SST in UK are known to manufacture/have manufactured F1 exhausts.
Ferrari used to make quite a few exhaust bits in-house - several years ago their customer teams were complaining about the costs of fully machined inconel collectors that they had to purchase from Ferrari.

These guys also make F1 exhaust bits: https://www.goodfabs.com/post/creating- ... om-scratch They have a case study of headers for the Honda V8 from 2011/2012. Force India gets mentioned for tail pipes in 2017 (While also saying they have been working together since 2008.).
Their website is great. The additive mfg. collectors are especially cool.

if I am correct, it was not uncommon for teams to make their own headers until the V6 Hybrids came out. The headers became extremely important to performance of the turbocharger and reliability of the engine in ways that only the engine manufacturers could understand. Before you had the teams making custom headers for blown diffusers, coanda exhaust and all sorts of fancy effects with the chimneys and blown wings and what not.
