The colors aren't what I would expect, but the only place I can think of with a building like that behind it would be La Rascasse in Monaco.

Nope... it's quite a lot less glamorous then that It's a modern day photo, not an retro shot. The yellow-ish color is due to the evening sun.

a clue = this right hairpin is called exactly like one of the newer corners of Monaco Grand Prix layout.

That immediately sprung to mind because of the building, but Fiorano has red and yellow tyre barriers and red and yellow rumble strips.

Easily recognizable? I'm not sure. But based on your hint, I'll go with....

It features a tight right-hander called....La Piscine. And of course it features the large building in the background.

BTW, I've been waiting to put Fiorano up on this post but CMSMJ1 reminded everyone of it. I'll have to think of something else...If I'm correct, of course.
