Scrutineer training for 2009

Is there a special school that has been put in place to train the Scrutineers about all of the new technical changes? Where is it? Is it run by the FIA? I tried looking for scrutineer school and got nada.

Does anyone have info on this subject?

I am still getting no answers, even after emailing Formula1.com webmaster...

I find it rediculous that after all of these changes that there isnt some information as to the scrutineers getting further training.

Maybe they are really THAT good at finding illegal stuff, but I would have to question any scrutineers findings if he reads through the regs on Friday night before the Melbourne qualifying sessions...
