Are the tokens only for off season development going into the 21 season?
Are they free to develop as usual when the 21 season has started??
They are free to develop Non-Homologated parts as normal, but all Homologated parts are frozen until the end of 21, and they are the parts that require tokens to upgrade

Bodywork development seems pretty open.

Indeed. The homologated parts are all either parts that are not normally changed in-season, or parts the you probably wouldn’t know had been changed even if they were

I still expect plenty of development between now and the end of next year, or at least a good part of it anyway
