It occurs during sports matches, especially football, but in daily life it is really not the habit to swear.

I can assure you in my home country are very civilised. the use of swear words/more liberal way of using the language is not indicative of civility

Is it civilised? maybe, or maybe it does not matter. Would you like your children/mother/vicar/pope or what ever you chose to be your standard to be listening to that on your television?
