I tried to download the Bible, but I'm not sure if this is the correct version. It seems to have been written by a madman.
Anyway, I think the appropriate part is this (I tried to give here a summary):
Chapter 1
1 In the beginning Tressaguet created the roads made of earth.
2 And earth roads were without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of Racing moved upon the face of the roads.
3 And God said, Let there be Tazio Nuvolari: and there was Tazio Nuvolari.
4 And God saw Tazio racing on earth roads, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God said to F1Technical members:
"Follow this link and you'll see the light".
5 And God called the light Racing, and the darkness he called Showmanship. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
6 And God said, Let there be paved roads in the midst of the Earth, and let it divide the roads from the roads.
7 And God made paved roads, and divided the cars that raced over them from the cars that raced over dirt roads: and it was so.
8 And God called the paved roads Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
9 And God said, Let the race cars that race on any road under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let FIA appear: and it was so.
10 And God called those cars, racing cars; and the gathering together of the cars that raced on dirt roads called he Rallying: and God saw that it was good.

Chapter 3
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the fans, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not race on every road of the garden?
2 And the racing fans said unto the serpent, We may race on paved roads and we may drift on dirt roads:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not race by drifting on paved roads, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye lose the race.
4 And the serpent said unto the racing fans, Ye shall not surely lose any race if you create a point system and judges:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye drift everywhere, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
6 And when the racing fans saw that drifting on paved roads was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a way of racing to be desired to make one wise, they took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto their girlfriends with them; and they did eat.
7 And the eyes of everybody were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed racing suits together, and invented feinting, shakocho and Oni-can.
8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Kunimitsu Takahashi and his fans hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
9 And the LORD God called unto Kunimitsu Takahashi, and said unto him, Where art thou?
10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden of
Ebisu, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
NOTE: While I was redacting this, I believe packetman got some divine inspiration. It's good to follow the Book: it makes you humble. Damn, how I hate to be humble!
