No, Mercedes is an engine supplier, not a title sponsor. McLaren is registered as "McLaren F1 Team". It wasn't McLaren Renault F1 Team before either.

You are confusing it with the old days where McLaren was registered as "Vodafone McLaren Mercedes" where both Vodafone and Mercedes were title sponsors.
