They fired the wrong guy (Arrivabene), for a total waste. I don't care that he once was involved in such fashion in the Schumacher days that he 'warranted' a stay. He's holding Ferrari back. Not everybody that once were in the Schumi glory days present are excempt from criticism or are a guarantee for success. This guy clearly is the prime example of this.

It is surprising how much can be taken from a leader that 'looks' like a leader. I know it often does not fit the pattern, but the right person urging people to 'do this' can be big part of it being done. There are all sorts of regulations against it, but that does not change the reality. If Toto says 'this is going to happen', would you put your hard earned money on it not happening? As I said, there can be no doubt Binotto is a top guy, but charisma is an uncountable factor.
