All the teams will be stocking up on sandbags about now. I mean, you need to keep the stuff out of the garage, right?El Scorchio wrote: ↑12 Mar 2021, 14:01They might sandbag, but they wouldn't want to hide or not run any car parts they intend relying on.
This is either going to suck because teams won't get enough testing, or it would be awesome because teams wouldn't get enough testing. That weather looks nasty. Does the forecast indicate it'll clear up soon?Morteza wrote: ↑12 Mar 2021, 14:07Current condition

Hahaha so true! I think this afternoon could just be a write off as far as anything meaningful is concerned.Herr_Koos wrote: ↑12 Mar 2021, 14:10All the teams will be stocking up on sandbags about now. It very well could be. These PU's are so complex, I'm pretty sure that sand getting into those tiny pipes, wires and ducting could cause some damage. The various filters and radiators will feel it for sure.El Scorchio wrote: ↑12 Mar 2021, 14:20Hahaha so true! I wonder if the sand is going to be particularly damaging for the cars when entering intakes or between bodywork joins, either?
