It appears to me that the exhaust is on top of the diffuser. Maybe it is blown diffuser?

Some kind of, but somewhat unusal and interesting.

I think it is the 1996 Forti F01 before they introduced the F03. I guess what is special about it is that it ever managed to qualify. Luca Badoer is the driver.

No idea where, I see trees ... San Marino?
