First of all bravo to Lando for showing our true speed. Secondly I'm dissapointed with Daniel. After 3 races I expected way more than that. The 1 second difference is huge and I have no idea why is that a thing.

Messed up the final sector. As I said before, if you don't nail your lap your out.

This Lando is scary quick... unfortunate for Daniel, it's fine he's a great racer, will expect some great overtaking tomorrow

Still Xero that cannot explain more than a second difference. For a driver of the calibre of Ricciardo he should have been much closer.

New ridiculous of Ricciardo and I will not say more because I am hot and the points are given tomorrow.

It's true that points are given tomorrow but a good driver should have been able to overcome his problems by race two. Look at Fernando Alonso. Ricciardo is better than that.

Just Lando using his team experience. Daniel will come good, had a slow start at Renault too. Took about 5 or 6 races and he dominated Ocon.

Did he had used softs on that 3rd fast lap?

Actually I take back what I said before. Fernando Alonso seem to be struggling also. Maybe you are right and he needs 2 more races to cope but time is running out and we need two good drivers to deliver.

Also impressive 3rd quick lap with used softs.

Ricciardo will be fine, he's only had one bad race so far, at Imola, and that wasn't terrible...!

I have no doubts Daniel will get up to speed soon. On the plus side, his arrival has pushed Lando into taking that next step forward.

Look how close Sainz is to Leclerc. We lost big time with replacing Sainz by Ricciardo… Very disappointing.

Sainz was on softs, Lec on mediums though
edit - still very disappointing from Ric I'd say
